Bestest

Developed by M2TEST, this new diagnostic method for the analysis of human bone structure for medical-scientific purposes has been developed by the startup. The BEST (Bone Elastic Structure Test) test aims at improving the accuracy of the diagnosis of osteoporosis and bone fracture risk in patients, thanks to the simulation of forces application on a “virtual biopsy of bone structure”, based on X-ray files.

InTribe

Through gamification activities (games and contests) with AI technologies and machine learning, InTribe makes participation in market surveys interactive and appealing.

Transactionale

Developed by Flyer Tech, this platform offers e-Commerce websites a new tool to attract new customers and retain existing ones through rewarding systems, making profits through Big Data and machine learning technologies. The system relies on co-marketing campaigns among related and non-competitor e-Shops, such as linking a promotional offer from another partner to the purchase confirmation e-mail.

Work Wide Women

A social innovation project focused on women’s inclusion in the ICT. The first social learning platform focused on women’s training on digital skills, new technologies and future professionalism, working in partnership with women and companies to create mutual employment and growth opportunities.

The 4 talents of female technological entrepreneurship are given a 3-month training and development of products and services, a 2-month prototype ready for market launch and a final event to share the results with investors.

Among the 10 finalists presenting their innovative projects last night (February 21st, 2019) during the Innovation Day of MIA – Miss In Action, more than one were those featuring relevant projects for insurance industry. In addition to the winning ones, for example Medyx, an application designed for the transition from a reactive to a preventive insurance model: the startup offers a digital service of medicines and medical checks reminder as part of health insurance policies so as to make them interactive and customized.
